“Last week, I called B&J Plumbing about performing backflow testing at my home. It is one of the best choices I have ever made. One of my pet peeves in today’s world is that very few businesses care how customers are treated or whether their services meet customer needs. The attitude of “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else” is all too prevalent. Imagine how I felt when I experienced your customer service rep’s cheerful, friendly, pleasant voice and her “I’m here to help you” attitude. In less than a minute, she made me feel as if we were old friends and as if meeting my needs was the only and most important thing she had to deal with. She scheduled me to get the job done that day, working around my schedule the whole time. Being a cynic, I concluded that she was probably the exception to the rule. After all, some people are just naturally nice. But when the service tech arrived, he was just as pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. Both of them were the same when I called back about a minor issue that required a repeat visit. I know that other companies would have made me feel petty for considering a whistling showerhead a problem! Dealing with B&J has been like a huge breath of fresh air. You get an A+ in my book.”

He had to perform work from the inside out and I was concerned I would have to re-wallpaper the entire wall. However, he was rather innovative in his repairs & actually incorporated the wallpaper into his replacement access panel. When he finished, it looked totally amazing. He told me about all sorts of B&J deals & plans to save me money. He was not pushy at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job.
