I had to replace my waterline, my sewer to the street, and my water heater. Bricen (my plumber) and his assistant Steven were very polite and professional and had our water running in two days with all the work that had to be done. He walked me through everything clearly, kept communication open the whole time, and truly aimed for the best-case (and most affordable) outcome for us.
Thanks to him, our master bath is back in business after our toddler managed to flush a toy down the toilet. He fixed the issue perfectly and made the whole experience stress-free.

A great start turned bad quickly. JUSTIN came to my home to look at a small leak under my house I noticed 2 weeks ago. While scoping out the issue, the fitting on the main water supply coming from the street broke and gallons of city water were flowing under my home! Like a spring rabbit, JUSTIN was out of there in a flash and shut off the city supply! Approximately 10 to 15 gallons were under my house! This was a big concern for me as the underside of my home is encapsulated with thick pool-liner type encapsulation. Me and Justin talked about the concerns I had, and we came up with a satisfactory plan to get the water out. JUSTIN made the repairs and leak-checked everything and started the cleanup. He showed me photos of the before and after the repairs (this was 30-year-old plumbing). I thank God this happened while he was here as this could have been a lot worse! I just think, "What if me and my wife were at work and this would have happened?" This was no way Justin's fault! Just bad and good luck at the same time. Thank you Justin and B&J plumbing. Just a note: I called 3 companies in Wayne County where I lived and not one returned my call! Called B&J and they picked up the phone and were out the next morning!
