We were experiencing problems with our water taking longer than usual to get to a comfortable temperature. Michael was very helpful in explaining the possibilities of what was going on with our unit. He cleaned the screen that had built up and also gave us a few alternatives, which we will consider. He was very polite, and very informative. I think the alternative was reasonably priced. All of this was under warranty, so we did not have to pay. We love our tankless water heater.

We had B & J come out and install two tankless water heaters and remove our two tank-type electric water heaters. Lidio and the plumbing team did a professional job of installation and removal while being respectful of our home. Lidio, if you see this, thank you again. David, their electrician, also made sure any loose ends on the electrical side were taken care of. Evelyn, thank you as well for keeping us up to date on the project and coordinating everything. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again for any future plumbing projects.

Wednesday, April 2, 2025, about 4:45 pm, I went into my utility room and discovered that my water heater was leaking. There was water housed in the pan located under the water heater. I immediately, about 4:50 pm, called B&J and was told that they could have their plumber Michael Clark here at 8:30 am Thursday, April 3, 2025. I received a call about 7:08 am Thursday morning, to let me know that Michael was on the way. He arrived a little after 8:00 am. He looked at my water heater and confirmed that it was leaking. Michael was very professional and very thorough in explaining what was needed and also went under the crawl space of the house to make sure there were no leaks. It was a pleasure to watch him work, and I can't say enough good things about this young gentleman's performance and professionalism. This is not my first time using B&J, and I would highly recommend B&J Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and their plumber, Michael Clark. I give this business a 5 plus star rating, and their plumber Michael as well. Also, if you are in need of HVAC, they will definitely take care of you. I have also recommended B&J to others.

He took his time to flush my water heater out and explained options for filtering the water if needed. He even offered a free service for my HVAC system that the company offers. He was so helpful in his information. Being a first-time homeowner, I’m grateful for a company as such that ensures they promote their services outside of what they may be initially there for. I was in the market for a new hot water heater. I called up B&J Plumbing and Heating. They were quick to answer and able to schedule around my needs. Chrissy was very helpful with that. Zeke arrived at the time they provided. I explained what I wanted (my old hot water heater was nearing 10-11 years old and I wanted it replaced). He asked for a few minutes to create some thoughtful quotes for the job. I liked the pricing, the products, and the warranties offered. We shook hands and agreed on what I wanted. Even better, he said he could get the new hot water heater installed the same day. After a few hours Zeke had all the work done, the area cleaned up, and the old hot water heater packed up for disposal. Very professional and personable company. 10/10 would recommend them and use their services again.
