Needed someone immediately to repair main water line at the street. Called my plumber, but they could not come. Called B&J and they didn’t hesitate by it being close to closing and sent out Rueben to fix my problem. He worked very hard to get water back into my house, and I was so grateful. It was sorta pricey, but after hours usually are and well worth having my water turned on. THANK YOU REUBEN!!! Of course, thanks go also to B&J for tending to my need!!!

Very quick to arrive and very professional and knowledgeable. Good Christian company that made sure I was happy before he left. My water went out the night before, so I called this morning. He didn’t have an easy space to work with but never complained at all. He handled the problem and had our water running very quickly. We had an emergency repair needed on our main water feed to the house. After waiting a little over two hours to hear back from the first people I contacted, I decided to reach out to B & J Plumbing. The B & J Plumbing administrator and dispatcher had a technician on the way to my house before the end of the conversation. Within twenty minutes, the technician was at the house making the repair. The technician was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. B & J Plumbing, Heating & Air is a top-notch outfit who I'll always use in the future!

Same Day Emergency Flood Fix Oct 15, 2024

First, the fact that they were able to come the same day to fix my emergency flooding issue was HUGE!! Bricen and his coworker assessed the problem and suggested options on how to best fix the problem with the shut-off valves. Very professional demeanor, explained everything in great detail, and when they were done, the results looked amazing and updated for my new washing machine installation the next morning, so the timing was perfect. I'm extremely happy with how it looks and won't be worrying about any leaks anytime soon. I will definitely recommend B & J Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Let's start off by saying I called this company at 3:45 in the afternoon because a different company had canceled on me. I was desperate since an awful smell similar to sewage was penetrating my child's room. I explained the situation to them and despite it being at the end of the workday, they showed empathy and made some calls to arrange someone to come out that evening. They were to my house not even an hour later. My technician, Zeke, was a super nice and helpful person. He listened to what I was saying and was able to diagnose the problem quickly because of it. He managed to squeeze me into his schedule very quickly, even offering to work a Saturday if needed to get my problems fixed. He went above and beyond, wearing booties in the house and bringing in my packages from outside while it rained. They emailed, called, and texted letting me know when the tech was on his way. I am so happy with B&J plumbing and will always recommend them. I work in customer service so I tend to be a little more aware of how situations are handled and I could not be happier with my experience.

I contacted B & J on a Friday because the pump house had caught on fire during the night and we were without water. The office told me they would dispatch one of their plumbers out, and she did. She sent Evan out, and let me tell you, he's one of the most respectful and knowledgeable plumbers I've ever dealt with. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and the cost to fix it. Evan worked very diligently and got our water going again. Thank you again, Evan. No water on a Friday is not a good thing. I had frozen, burst water pipes and Colby found and fixed the problem. Sam did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and Chase gave me a price on a new HVAC, and Luis installed it the next day. These guys had been busy with the cold snap that hit, but they were so professional and I couldn't be happier with their work! I called several plumbers, but nobody answered. My call was answered by a very sweet lady who scheduled services very quickly, and I received texts with pictures of the service guys. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

I called B&J because I couldn't get my usual plumber to come out for an emergency. They fit me into the schedule and were very prompt showing up. One technician worked in the heat for hours to fix my leak. He was very skilled. There were a few snags, but he was able to repair the leak. I had to call them back to reseat my water meter box and again they were very professional in their response to my problem. I will call B&J from now on.
